Going in I wasn’t totally confident about my knowledge/appearance regarding suits, but Luke’s knowledge and honesty had me feeling more confident in an outfit than I have ever been. Simply the best customer service I have ever received.

This is a shop (Chapel St South Yarra, Vic) that you almost don't want to share with anyone, because it is Australia's hidden treasure.  I took my 17 year old son to be fitted for the Stakes day races at 3pm on the day before. By 3.30pm, he had a perfectly fitted suit, a shirt, a belt, a kerchief, a tie and the most beautiful Italian shoes, all of which he will wear in part & later with casual clothes.  Tim re-sewed a neck button then and there, as Luke was styling. I can honestly say that I have NEVER been in a women's store in Australia that has service like this.  It was all very reasonably priced.  If any buttons fall off etc, they will continue to service your clothes. Unbelievable, there is hope in this world.

I walked in to Dyonsu after reading a good review about them. Turned out to be a great decision. I walked in and straight away I was welcomed by two absolute legends. Family ran with an absolute love for what they do and high European fashion with affordable prices. I had a wedding that day and already had a few pieces I wanted to wear from home. I walked out with everything perfectly matched and a few new ideas.

From the first moment I walked in to when I picked up my suits I have had nothing but exceptional service from Tim & Luke. They both have a wealth of knowledge and are very capable. They are happy to put in the extra work to make you feel special and get your suit perfect. Nothing is too hard for them and they are always willing to make adjustments. Many other mens wear shops (especially the store chains) have substandard service paired with uninterested shop assistants who barely know their product. Have you ever wondered what it would be like to go to a tailor in the golden age of Hollywood in the 1940s? Dyonsu have mastered the art of making you feel like a celebrity. You walk into the suit shop and you are greeted with a warm enthusiasm. they look at your body shape and consult you about what you would like. they take down all of your needs and measurements. starting off with the suit jacket and then give you options for pants. once this has been done, more styling is added. from shirts and ties, right down to the smallest detail including accessories and pocket hanker-chiefs. the care that the staff put in is unsurpassed. the interaction is dynamic but not at all pushy. the shop does not stock other mass produced labels. the family owned business design and get many of their garments made in Australia from very fine fabrics. I had a wedding to attend the next day and they had the suit tailored within 24 hours. There is not a single detail that is overlooked, right down to how the cuffs of the jacket cut 1cm short of the shirt sleeve to expose the perfect contrast between the two fabrics. their price-point is brilliant it is not ridiculously expensive, especially for the outstanding quality. I walked out with a stunning suit along with a shirt, tie, pocket hanker-chief and a tie chain with a small amount of tasteful bling for around $1000. I have shopped at Dyonsu for many years and will continue to go back for their impeccable service and   garments. I am so thrilled with this incredible little gem of a business.
