All garments under the 'Perfect Fit Guarantee' must be unaltered and without damage.

For items sold online, the 7-day period of which a garment is guaranteed begins upon delivery.

Indication of return or refund must be given within the 7-day period.

This Guarantee does not apply to any sale or discounted item.
Returns, exchanges, credits and refunds outside of the T&C's of this guarantee are at the discretion of staff. We do endeavour to leave all customers smiling so we treat each Return, Exchange ect, on a case by case basis.

We accept payments via creditable credit card from Visa, MasterCard and Paypal.
SECURITY

As per our banks request you may be asked to provide some additional information for us to process your order. This order can include ID in the name of the sale, or a copy of the card used to make the purchase. If these items cannot be produced the money will be refunded and order not processed.
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE
You may choose to leave your parcel at your front door, please ask this in the comments section upon checkout, though do note that once the parcel has been delivered the parcel is no longer our responsibility.
OVERSOLD ITEMS
If any items in your order are temporarily or permanently out of stock, we will contact you to arrange a refund, exchange or credit note for those items. If the item is coming back you may decide to wait and we'll ship the item once it returns back in-stock.

While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.
CHANGING OF ADDRESS
Unfortunately once an order has been processed the delivery name and address cannot be completely changed. Mistakes in spelling or suburb can be fixed, but the address and delivery name cannot completely change from order name and address for security reasons.

Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country.
